It's simple yet effective, and really brings you into a serene state of relaxation. It also helps you to strengthen your senses within your mind to learn how to touch, see, smell, sense, hear, and taste things through your mind. I gently guide the meditation and open different scenarios that then help with personal reflection and empowerment.

Self Appreciation Meditation
The Self Appreciation Meditation is focused around bringing recognition to our physical bodies for all the they do for us. We often overlook the fact that our bodies are doing so much all the time. Our organs are always working, our eyes are always moving, our lungs are always breathing...and although we know these things, we don't often take the time to bring appreciation to them individually. The meditation will focus on just that, as well as conscious breathing, and energy redirection. This will leave the body filled with love and empowerment. When your body is in a place of love and empowerment it spreads out into your life and into your spiritual body as well. The results from maintaining this energy are profound and life changing.
Energy Building Meditation
This meditation is focused around using your breath to strengthen your energy field. We learn how to breathe into our energy centers and activate them to gain empowerment. When all of our energy centers are empowered it can shift our lives. Obstacles that may have formerly posed problematic no longer seem difficult, and and situations that arise that normally have have affected you more drastically won't have as much of an effect on you. When you are in your own energy and your own power you can accomplish things in life more easily.
Journey Through the Heart Realm
The Journey Through the Heart realm is a guided journey more than a guided meditation. It helps you to open up your chakra energies and explore parts of yourself that you may have never seen the beauty of before. You will learn to ground yourself within your heart space as well as recognize the natural joy and beauty of yourself. This will show you a part of your subconscious self that often is not reflected upon, and will bring you more wisdom from your overall journey.
